Rule 33
Functions, Duties And Powers Of The Project Committee
The Functions, Duties and Powers of the Project Committee shall be as follows:
(a) To get the Project completed within the stipulated time in accordance with the directives and guidelines issued by Government of Nepal from time to time.
(b) To arrange for technical works like design, drawing etc. relating to the Project.
(c) To approve the number of staff necessary for the Project.
(d) To do such other works as are necessary for the completion of Project.
